I partner with founders, executive leaders, and small teams whose work has become more complex than their current internal capacity can comfortably support. My role is to provide the operational oversight, structure, and follow-through that make priorities manageable and initiatives easier to carry across the finish line.
My background includes nonprofit and small-business operations, program management, client relations, quality assurance, mortgage servicing, loan auditing, fundraising administration, internal communications, and cross-functional coordination. I bring a practical understanding of how work actually moves through an organization, and what it takes to keep it moving.

How I Work

I stay engaged through execution, helping the team maintain momentum, manage changes, close gaps, and establish a way of working that continues after the immediate need has passed.
